Before you embark on any search, please look at the report description and example pages listed on the home page. DELIVERIES: All reports are delivered on-line in PDF format for easy printing or saving to your PC. PAYMENT METHODS: a) AfriDeed uses iVeri from Nedbank for credit card payments. Please refer to iVeri for more details. b) In the case of a bank (EFT) transfer, the buyer will be notified via email when the report is available. c) Payment is collected once the buyer accepts the AfriDeed search match and selects the 'Make Payment' option. The report will be displayed once confirmation is received from iVeri that payment has taken place. d) Note that to protect its own and the interests of customers, iVeri, Nedbank and AfriDeed scrutinize all transactions very carefully to prevent attempted fraud and a transaction may be refused if we are not satisfied with it's legitimacy. AGREEMENT OF SALE: a) An agreement of sale between AfriDeed and a user only comes into effect if and when a payment confirmation from iVeri is received by AfriDeed. b) AfriDeed reserves the right to refuse to accept and/or execute an order without giving any reasons. AfriDeed also reserves the right to cancel orders in whole or in part as circumstances dictate. AfriDeed shall only be liable to refund monies already paid by the user. REFUNDS / EXCHANGES: a) If AfriDeed supplies the wrong report, AfriDeed will replace the report with the correct one. However, if replacement is not possible, AfriDeed will refund the purchase price. Notice by e-mail (info@afrideed.co.za) of a wrong report must be received within five working days after the report has been received by the user. No reports will be replaced or refunded after this period. USAGE: a) Entering the AfriDeed website signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions without any modification. Once entering the AfriDeed website these terms and conditions will form a binding legal agreement between the user and AfriDeed. b) Reports ordered may only be used for the personal use of the purchaser and not to obtain any direct financial gain or for any other commercial purpose whatsoever. c) The user must ensure that all the details provided are true and correct.
